痴呆高齢者の「問題行動」と家族・介護者の精神的疲労の関連性、
ならびにその解決法について（概要）

痴呆性高齢者の「問題行動」は通常、痴呆症故に起こる行動として捉えられる。しかし、それを痴呆性高齢者個人に還元して考えずに周囲との相互作用によりその行為が生成されてくる過程を分析する視点が必要ではないだろうか。それは痴呆性高齢者の「問題行動」の解決策・対応法の根本的変換を求めるものである。そこで本研究では、社会学のシンボリック相互作用論、社会構成主義の分析概念を用いて痴呆性高齢者の「問題行動」とその家族あるいは介護者の精神的疲労を、どれか一つに焦点を当てその個人的要因に還元した結論を出すのではなく、そこでの関係性を読み解くことにより痴呆性高齢者の「問題行動」と家族・介護者の精神的疲労の双方を同時により良い状況に導くことを目指す。 この相互作用を分析して関係性を修復していくための技法としてグループ回想法を用いる。それは回想法の効果として①高齢者への効果のみならず、②介護者への効果、③家族への効果が知られているからである。痴呆性高齢者と家族、あるいは介護者の相互作用を分析する場面として回想法を用い、そして適切にスーパーヴィジョンを実施することで、その相互作用の質的変容を求めていく。 この研究の成果は、痴呆性高齢者の「問題行動」と家族・介護者の精神的疲労を関連づけ解明することにより「痴呆症」と周囲の社会的環境の新しい関係性の創造に寄与するものと思われる。 |
The problem behavior of the individuals with dementia is caught as behavior which usually happenns because of dementia. But, will it be able to think that it happenns due to the interaction with the circumference without reducing it in the individuals with dementia and thinking ? The solution plan of the problem behavior of the individuals with dementia is decided to be looked for the fundamental change with what it thinks about like this. In this study, the relevance of mental fatigue of family menbers and caregivers to the problem behavior of the individuals with demenntia is reading by using symbolic interaction argument of the sociology. The innteraction is analyzed, and reminiscence method is used as the skill law to repair relations. |
